How to create a flash-based presentation using Jing

Jing for Mac or Windows allows users to record video of what you do or see on your computer and narrate it to create a flash-based presentation that can be sent in email, put on a website or just played locally. NOTE: Both free and pro versions limit all recordings to 5 minutes.
