Printers and Printing
I want to save paper. How do I print double-sided in the labs?
After you change this setting one time, it will be in your profile and stick with you until next fall.
1. Go to Start--> Printers and Faxes (on the right side).
2. Click Computer Classroom and TE Lab Duplex.
3. With that printer highlighted, click on Set Printer Properties (on the left pane under Printer Tasks)
4. Click on the Printing Preferences button at the bottom.
5. Select the radio button next to Flip on Long Edge.
6. Click OK and OK again. That will take you out of the printer preferences area.
Anything you print to Computer Classroom and TE Lab Duplex from now on will print double-sided.
Computer Classroom and TE Lab Duplex and Computer Classroom and TE Lab Laser are different print queues for the same printers. The TE Lab and the Computer Classroom will both print either single- or double-sided. Release your print jobs at either printer.
