Yes - the image is provided for UW computing support staff. Here is an excerpt from the download page:

"Disk images are provided below. UW computer support staff are permitted to use these images to make discs to use in support of their units, HOWEVER:

• please don't modify the contents
• make sure it's known as a C&C product under it's right name
• make sure to abide by the license agreement and only redistribute to UW faculty, staff, or students"
