How do I get my personal contacts to show up, only the iSchool names are listed?
When we setup iSchool Staff, Faculty and PhD exchange accounts you have to manually change the setup in order for Outlook to search your personal contacts for auto-completes. Here's how:
Right-click on your Contacts folder in the folder list, select properties and then go to the Outlook Address Book tab. Check the box that says Show this folder as an e-mail addressbook.
Then you will need to open the addressbook. Click Tools -> Addressbook, then select the Tools menu in the Addressbook and pick options. Make sure that your Contacts folder is shown in where to store
