Downloading and Installing Software (non-ISO)
Important: When downloading from MSDNAA – use ONLY INTERNET EXPLORER
First login to http://msdn.e-academy.com/washington_is/
Your username should be associated with your uw email address.
Your password is whatever that is associated with it. (if you have forgotten your password, i cannot change it for you, but I can have the system change it for you and be sent to your uw email address.
Then choose the software you want to download.(you may purchase them and have them sent to your home, but that’s only limited to certain programs).

Then press the Add to cart button, and then print out the page called “Order Details”

Then press the Download button, and then save the downloader to your desktop (easiest place to get to).
After it has successfully download the downloader, run the downloader
Then start the download process of the software by pressing “continue”

Once you have started, you should see a picture sort of like the one below. I have unpacked my software to the following directory because I wanted to save my contents for later use. You don’t have to save the downloaded software once it has been installed, but it is recommended. Once you have started the download, you should see a picture like below:
Once the download has been complete, lanch the installer,
Then double click on the setup, and install the program.

That should work, if not contact the MSDNAA administrators at msdnaa@ischool.washington.edu
