Welcome to the iSchool Technology Knowledge Base!
This resource is created and maintained by iSchool IT and is meant to help address some of the frequently asked questions that iSchool students, faculty, and staff have about technology and computing at the iSchool and the University of Washington.
To navigate the Knowledge Base, please feel free to browse the Categories Menu located on the left-hand side of the page. If you would prefer to search the Knowledge Base for a specific topic, you may use the simple Search Box, located underneath the Categories Menu, or else the Advanced Search page. iSchool Student Computing Overview 
For a general breakdown and summary of common iSchool computing topics, we strongly recommend that you download the current version of the "iSchool Student Computing Overview".
This overview is an important document that all iSchool students, regardless of degree program, should read at least once. Among other things, it outlines the primary differences between UW offered services and iSchool-specific services, and offers important details that are essential for the successful use of the iSchool computing infrastructure.
